Clients are strongly advised to refer to the terms of their engagement documentation to ascertain the precise legal entity with which they are contracting. All engagements, instructions, and fee arrangements shall be deemed to be with the identified Member Firm specified in the client care letter or retainer, and not with any other firm or affiliate unless expressly stated.
